Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation within 72 Hours: If you need to cancel your appointment within 72 hours of the scheduled service and do not wish to reschedule, a base fee will be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with scheduling, preparation, and reserving a time slot for your service.

  2. Rescheduling: We offer the flexibility to reschedule your appointment without incurring any fees if you do so at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. We understand that unexpected changes may arise, and we strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.

  3. Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service or fail to be present at the designated time (no-show), the base fee will still apply.

We kindly request that you provide us with as much notice as possible for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and serve other customers efficiently.
